This introductory program includes 4 personal training sessions where you’ll learn the basics of CrossFit in a safe, fun, and structured environment. By the end, you’ll feel confident, capable, and ready to join our regular classes.
During each On-Ramp session, your coach will demonstrate and teach foundational CrossFit movements while reviewing your range of motion and offering modifications to meet your needs. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how to move safely and effectively. After the instruction portion, you’ll participate in a CrossFit-style workout tailored for beginners. We guarantee you’ll break a sweat, challenge yourself, and have fun along the way.
Once you’ve shown competence and confidence in the movements we use daily, you’ll graduate from On-Ramp and transition into our full CrossFit program. This ensures you are prepared both physically and mentally to get the most out of your training while reducing the risk of injury.
