COOPER PALMER

Owner/Head Coach

Cooper has been CrossFitting since 2013 and was inspired by coaches that emphasized the importance of strength and conditioning to be successful throughout high school and collegiate sports. Read More About Cooper Here.

“ZEKE” MAMALIS

Part-Time Coach

Zeke has developed into a quality coach.  He leads our CrossFit Kids program, while also coaching our regular CrossFit classes.  He continues to stick to our values at ICCF, continuing to pursue more education and certifications to be the best coach he can.  Read more about Zeke here.

PRAKAI PARSONS

Yoga Instructor

Prakai Parsons is our yoga instructor.  She has a multitude of certifications and she has been a yoga instructor since 2009.  Her style is unique by teaching multiple yoga styles including: Power Vinyasa, Hatha, and Flow Style Yoga.  Read more about Prakai here.
