COOPER PALMER

Owner/Head Coach

Cooper has been CrossFitting since 2013 and was inspired by coaches that emphasized the importance of strength and conditioning to be successful throughout high school and collegiate sports.

PRAKAI PARSONS

Yoga Instructor

Prakai Parsons is our yoga instructor.  She has a multitude of certifications and she has been a yoga instructor since 2009.  Her style is unique by teaching multiple yoga styles including: Power Vinyasa, Hatha, and Flow Style Yoga.
