New L.I.F.E. Class Coming Soon!

As a gym owner one of my jobs is to make sure that the gym is helping fullfill the needs of our community. I look around our community and see a ton of people that still need fitness in their lives. I watched my own grandparents not have a safe, fun, and effective fitness outlet as they aged and I cannot help but think I could have done more to help them live longer, and a higher quality of life longer. Now at 32 I am making an effort to give that to my parents generation. I know how scary the word CrossFit can be, and thats why we are starting our L.I.F.E class this DECEMBER!

L.I.F.E stands for “Longevity, Independence, Functional efficiency,” and it aims to demonstrate that no one is too old or out of shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives.

As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with MORE emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be.

This is the perfect class for someone who needs to start slower, and removes the movements that are harder for the aging athlete.

No introductory class is required to participate in L.I.F.E.

Our L.I.F.E. Classes are at 10:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
