Autumn is new to the team and will be taking nutrition clients, ironically we share the last name but we are not related. Autumn has been the perfect example of someone who did exactly what was asked, saw huge personal results, and we are confident she has what it takes to make others better as well.
“I decided to join WAG as a client because I was in a place where I was letting my fitness and nutrition go as COVID and quarantine were getting the best of me. I decided that it was my choice to make a change and WAG seemed like a great way to do that. Over the next six months or so I discovered so much more than weight loss. Thanks to Kylar and WAG, I built habits and a better relationship with food but the huge thing was a better relationship with myself. WAG helped me get back to the gym consistently and taught me to love the body I have today and that has been impactful in more ways than I can say. I decided to reach out and see if I could coach because I wanted to give back to our community and continue to offer a transformative experience for anyone who may be interested.
